Description
Light, crisp, and 100% vegan, these easy aquafaba meringue kisses are made with just three ingredients and baked to perfection.
Ingredients
100 g aquafaba (from canned chickpeas)
200 g superfine sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice or cream of tartar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°F (90°C).
2. Whip aquafaba with lemon juice until foamy.
3. Gradually add sugar while whipping until stiff glossy peaks form.
4. Pipe small kisses onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
5. Bake for 1½–2 hours.
6. Cool in the oven before removing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Flavor with extracts, cocoa, or fruit powders for variation.
