Description
A whipped feta dip with a spicy-sweet topping of hot honey and chili crisp. Creamy, bold, and perfect for parties or snack boards.
Ingredients
200g block feta cheese
¼ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chili crisp
2 tbsp hot honey
Zest of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh herbs, crushed nuts
Instructions
1. Let the feta come to room temperature.
2. In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon zest.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Spoon into a shallow bowl and create a well in the center.
5. Add chili crisp into the well and drizzle with hot honey.
6. Top with herbs or nuts and serve with bread, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Use block feta for best results.
Chill before adding toppings to maintain structure.
Store whipped feta (without toppings) for up to 5 days in the fridge.
