Ingredients

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/8 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup crumbled feta

1/2 cup roasted pistachios

1/2 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp chopped rosemary


Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.

2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and butter over medium heat.

3. Stir until melted, then cook until mixture reaches 300°F (hard-crack stage).

4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in baking soda, salt, feta, pistachios, chili flakes, and rosemary.

5. Pour onto prepared sheet and spread thinly.

6. Let cool completely, then break into pieces.
