Description
A rich, elegant savory yogurt bowl featuring whipped Greek yogurt, oven-roasted figs, crispy prosciutto, and fresh thyme.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups full-fat Greek yogurt
6–8 fresh ripe figs, halved
4 slices prosciutto
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp honey
1 tsp fresh thyme
Lemon zest, to taste
Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
1. Whip the Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt, lemon zest, and a small drizzle of olive oil until light and creamy.
2. Place halved figs on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Sprinkle with thyme and roast at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until caramelized.
3. Place prosciutto slices flat on parchment paper and bake at 375°F for 7–9 minutes until crispy. Let cool.
4. Spread the whipped yogurt on a serving plate.
5. Top with roasted figs and crumbled crispy prosciutto.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with extra thyme.
Notes
You can make the figs and prosciutto ahead of time and assemble just before serving.
Add a few pomegranate seeds or a balsamic glaze for extra flair.
Serve with crusty bread, lavash, or as a brunch centerpiece.
